Free Shipping

Decor Outdoor offers free regular shipping on all orders shipped to residential or commercial addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Drop Shipping

We are an online-only luxury furniture and lighting boutique, and do not have a warehouse. Consequently, all orders are drop shipped directly from our manufacturers to your door. If your order includes items from more than one manufacturer, you will receive multiple deliveries. Because we are dependent on the on-hand inventory of our manufacturing partners, some items listed on our site may not actually be available right away. Please call us at 888.784.4644 or via our contact form with any stocking questions and we'll get in touch with the appropriate manufacturer for answers, before you place your order.

Ground Shipping

Small parcel items ship regular ground via delivery services such as FedEx, UPS or DHL. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process and in-stock items will usually be delivered 3-5 days from the date that they ship (depending on origin and destination). If there is a delay, you will be notified by email. No signature is required for standard ground shipping, so you may want to make arrangements to have packages brought inside soon after delivery, if you are unable to receive it in person.

    Wonderful resource for sales and marketing teams

    I got the book by sitting in the front row of a Scansource discussion group being lead by Bill. He is an excellent speaker and the book is current on the best practices within this digital age. After reading about 150 pages on the plane ride home, I restarted the book with a highlighter and started taking notes. It was exceptionally helpful and empowering. I have lugged it into sales and marketing meetings all week long for reference. My marketing team leader read it and we have put several book ideas into practice within my business already with more to come. It so nice having a roadmap for our sales and marketing teams done for us! Thank you, Bill!

    Selling today is different than it was years ago!

    The media could not be loaded.

    This book takes you through all aspects of selling in today’s digital world. The author describes everything surrounding digital sales from the way clients buying today to generating your “personal brand”. Dare I say that this book and it’s information can be applied throughout your life “digitally”. Whether you’ve been selling for a long time or you are brand new to sales, this book provides a lot of insight. It is well written, easy to understand and easy to refer back to whenever you need to.

    Must have in today’s business environment!

    This is a must have book in today’s business environment. I have been in sales most of my adult life and have seen the business environment change dramatically. If we don’t continue to evolve with our clients and potential clients we will fall behind. This is the type of content that will help you stay on top and really help your buyers through their buying journey. They will thank you for it. Thank you Bill for more great content and helping me be a better salesperson.

    Relevant and timely for selling in today’s tough environment

    I like how Bill so clearly articulates how the selling environment has changed in the last few years and gives crisp methods for breaking through and connecting with executive buyers. His advice has worked well!!

    Repetitive

    Better to google the same topic over and over, its just like reading the book. Nothing really new here and certainly nothing you can’t find by downloading any agency whitepaper on the topic.

    Must read!

    This is not just another sales book. This is a must read for anyone that sells today. Getting your prospects attention is harder than it ever has been. This book provides a blue print on how to get your customers attention in a digital world. It has made a massive impact on my pipeline and I’m confident if you implement the tools in this book it will increase your pipeline too.
