Very Good Software
I’ve been using Kaspersky for well over 12 years, it does everything that it says it will do on the box and compared to other software companies it don’t slow your computer down also to the seller thanks for your realistic prices I will be a returning customer .

Very good protection
Always get it from Amazon. Never auto renewal or purchase directly from Kaspersky as they always charge you more
Paid for 3 devices and only works for one.
Tried contacting the company to correct the problem, but they haven’t had the decency to reply to my email. It was still worth the £15 i paid to protect one computer, but that’s not the point.Isn’t that classed as ‘false advertising’ ?

More difficult to install and manage than the competition
I tend to switch annually between the main mid-priced or lower priced brands and packages. I’ve given Kaspersky a try this year. Sorry, but I just found the experience of installing and using it harder than the competition. Installation, registration and set up were particularly painful versus other products. Hard to tell whether it was properly installed and working or not. I just want something that works in the background – ‘load and forget’ – whereas the Kaspersky is needier. It might be really good at doing the protection stuff, I can’t judge that at all. I’m only commenting on the usability and interactions
Excellent anti-virus software – best on the market.
I use Total Security for my desktop and was introduced to it by Barclays bank which used to give it to customers for free. I now buy it as it has always performed flawlessly, it is fast and never leads to my computer slowing down where other anti-virus options my family had used in the past seemed take up too much memory and slow the computer down a lot. I also use functions like the “Safe money” browser for banking and other financial websites. I have also blocked websites that I would rather not visit due to content / viruses.Total Security now seems to add extensions to internet browsers automatically so passwords are secure when typed into a browser – this eliminates the possibility of ‘key loggers” being able to know what you have typed when entering passwords. Any USB / memory cards are automatically scanned and occasional suggestions are made for possible security patches that might be needed on software. I also occasionally use the free VPN allowance which is around 200mb per day.I would say Total Security borders on being too secure, but I would rather that be the case. For example clicking on “deals” on certain websites will not be allowed because they use click through companies to get data for commission purposes. Sometimes this can be an inconvenience and Kaspersky do not have instructions on dealing with this that are easy to find. However, overall I am happy with Kaspersky, it’s performance and the vast array of options and functions that are there if I need to change my settings manually.

Bought for 3 phones but couldn’t put on other phone as kept saying already used on other.

Best security software. Unlike other anti virus softwares, it dose not slow down the computer. I have been using this anti virus software for many years.

VPN protection
Great anti virus software. Easy to use.I chose this one for the VPN protection. Unfortunately, it only provides VPN protection for 300mb, so not fit for purpose, in that regard. Still need to buy sufficient VPN protection. So, could have went with a less expensive option.

Does what it says on the tin, protects you from online harm and the password manager/generator is really useful.The only problem I had was the database got corrupted and navigating the Kaspersky website to download the program again was a nightmare.Having said all that, it was cheaper to buy through Amazon than the renewal quote from Kaspersky.
Once installed – easy to use.
Liked the revised interface. Still easy to use with a lot of useful tools to check for problems in files and online. Quick scans, without slowing the computer too much.Disliked the new verifying the licence process. Took quite a while to work this out, but this threw up a major computer fault on my old Dell computer( it kept crashing – worked eventually, but will be replacing ).Emailed Kaspersky who gave me good advice to complete the installation.The installation is now completed by downloading from the Kaspersky site by logging on. Then installing it from your computer – it worked perfectly with another newer computer – both were Windows 10.

You don’t have vpn it’s extra cost
There is only 200mb to use for vpn everything else it’s fine and you don’t have to subscribe and give your card details

Reliable AV Software
Have used Kaspersky for a few years and appears to be antivirus software you can rely on. I do have the occasional conflict with certain applications and websites but, overall, the benefits outweigh these slight drawbacks.The software is really easy to install – but make sure you keep a note of your licence key!

Nightmare Install
I’ve used Kaspersky for years, and either bought and installed it from Amazon or bought it as a renewal direct from Kaspersky themselves. But this install took me hours to work out and install for each of the devices I have, and I’m pretty computer savvy. I’m not sure what Kaspersky have done to the renewal/update procedure but they have made it really difficult to buy and install independently. Next year I’m either going to renew from Kaspersky themselves (but I don’t really want to as it’s always more expensive) or go to a different brand. FYI there is not this wrong with the product I bought and I received my activation code within minutes, my issue is with Kaspersky not liking any other installation method than a direct download from themselves. 🙁

Security risk
I dislike the Kaspersky antivirus internet security. The price is ok but the software is made by Russians who work in the past and currently in collaboration with Russian security services. The software is not recommended for anyone who likes living in a democratic country. I wish this weren’t true but here we are. Don’t buy it.

Kaspersky total security is my favourite of the all in one security packages and this is my 4th year using it. Always uninstall and buy digitally from amazon – it’s about 1/3 the price of renewing.Not much has changed this year – same great product with a slightly (very slightly) updated user interface. New this year so far seems to be an improved software updater that’s a nice touch.Reason I use this is that It regularly scores highest on malware tests, and as a bonus comes with actually useful tools like webcam blocker, the update checker, privacy and security optimisation browser plug-ins and such, and is very light on system resources – I don’t need to turn it off to game for example. I’ve bought a couple of computers that have come with trials of norton or trend micro and the just feel sub par by comparison.Minus 1 star from a perfect 5 for continuing to bundle kaspersky’s overpriced VPN software trial, and dumb region locking. The VPN can be removed post install by searching ‘add or remove programs’, but the region locking seemed particularly lazy.I didn’t notice when I bought this that it was UK only – that’s my bad, it says right on the page – but kaspersky’s enforcement is very lazy. I’m currently in Australia, but bought from the UK as my kaspersky account and payment card are still UK-based. It let me activate that serial fine (so no refund possibility) but then wouldn’t activate the software once downloaded even though the last one worked fine until the day before lol. They know my account, my history, my hardware, etc. it should work better. However all good as activated fine when using a VPN and no problems since with the VPN turned off.

Brilliant product to trust
It is extremely good product as easy to install and easy to use.I’m using this more than 10 years and really made our whole family to use Internet virus free.PC doesn’t get slower and works fine with game software.I like this product very much.
Very disappointed with this Version of Kaspersky
I have been using Kaspersky for the last 8 years, Kaspersky total security was great. I installed Premium last December then my laptop was incredibly slow! It affected the laptop in a bad way. I reached Customer service, and they ran some tests on my laptop and nothing worked! When I uninstalled the program my laptop functioned kinda properly, although the installation of Premium seemed to harm the operating system! Very disappointed with this product.
You may have trouble
Normally been good ( still is I guess) I bought “ for 3 devices”. I upgraded to premium this year. Went on my desktop no problem. My laptop was a different matter. Asked me to install latest . NET runtime (x86) which I did. Despite many attempts I have not been able to install Kadpersky on my laptop. Disappointed.

For what it costs if you buy direct I’m shocked to get it so cheap. Big fan of Kaspersky and this covers 3 devices also so complete bargain. Recommend

Easy
Easy to buy, I had the activation code in under a minute. This is for a present so easy to enter the code into Kaspersky. Think it’s a better way of getting the software updated, than waiting for an update disc to arrive then do the run through on the disc to get the latest version. I like the easy way.

My Kaspersky had run out ,I was using Total Security,but could no longer get it from Kaspersky,so I bought it from Amazon,, good choice because it let me continue using what was already installed on my computer,very happy,

10th year of buying
Been using Kaspersky form many years and would recommend it. Having said that this year I was not sent anything in the post. I should have received an email with an activation code. This was not received. I had to chase this up with Amazon as you cannot contact the seller. It was hard work finding details of how to contact anyone but managed in the end. Amazon were good at sorting this for me once I connected to live chat.
Annual Renewal
I have been using Kaspersky for a number of years. I do not find it obtrusive and I guess it is working in the background taking care of all my indiscretions?. My only gripe is on renewal where a simple search reveals it can be purchased at a reduced cost from the likes of Amazon rather than the renewal price direct from Kaspersky. Everyone should use a programme like this to protect themselves online. 3 cheers for Yevgeny Valentinovich Kaspersky.

I’ve used Kaspersky for a while and like the fact it is quite light on resource. It’s easy to install, works well and doesn’t interfere once it’s set up. They keep adding things like VPN which really isn’t great and a rather confusing password manager, but just don’t install those.

My review title says it all – it’s a very good product and getting the activation code through Amazon is the simplest and probably the most reasonable way of purchasing this product.1) You purchase this product on Amazon;2) you’ll get an email from Amazon with an activation code;3) if you already have an online account with Kaspersky, you visit their website and log in to your account (if you don’t already have your account, create one);4) in the ‘Licence’ tab in your account page on Kaspersky, go down the page and enter the activation code you’ve just purchased on Amazon;5) now in your product page, you can see what product is waiting to be downloaded, and if you’ve purchased one for 3x PCs, you can download it and install it up to 3 times;6) download it on your PC and install it – easy!7) for the 2nd and the 3rd PCs you want to install it on, repeat the process in 3) onwards – that’s all.*But use the 2nd and the 3rd PCs respectively to do the downloading process, i.e. don’t use the 1st PC to install it on the 2nd and the 3rd PCs.8) This is a product for consumers in the UK, which means you can’t install it outside the UK. So if you want to take your laptop to the European continent, Asia, USA etc., download and install it within the UK before travelling.Hope this helps.

Good antivirus
Does not stop asking you to buy more.
Even tho I’ve paid for it, it keeps asking me to buy more bits. The only reason I bought it rather than use free was to shut it up, so not impressed.Also cannot be uninstalled if you have moved your temp folder to a RAM disk!

Be aware, the VPN is only 300mb per day and not continuous.
I’ve used Kaspersky for a few years now, and it is without doubt the best I have found. Some anti-virus software can slow a PC down, but this certainly doesn’t, it just runs in the background and flags up any issues, should there be any. My reason for giving 4 stars, is simply that I still had 43 days left on my existing annual subscription and expected the new to be added to this, in the same way that it has done in the past, but strangely it has not done that this time and I have lost the 43 days. If it wasn’t for this issue, I would have given 5 stars.

Received code promptly by e mail. I have 3 pcs so loaded code into first desktop, code accepted and updated. loaded code into Asus laptop …message came up “activation code is no longer supported, tried to get some sense out of contacting Kaspersky, complete waste of time. So i have purchased a 3 pc license to update my devices, but only able to update one. Not a happy bunnySince writing review problem was resolved by Kaspersky, everything now fine, I am relieved as I have been using this program for many years without a hitch. Amazon techies were most helpful in this.

Much slower than versions a few years ago
I used Kaspersky for years and was very happy, then took a 3 year break using Norton. Going back to Kaspersky, it is far slower now. It didn’t used to make any noticeable impact on browsing speed, but browsing and email really suffer now, even compared to how it used to be. The general user interface is also nowhere near as easy to use. I might just write it off and buy an alternative.
